WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Depending on destination, on average it is typically 2-3 business days from coast to coast. We have no control over any delays with shipping carriers. Some areas may experience labor shortage due to pandemic.

DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?
Yes. To request rush services and expedited shipping, please send us request email with included order #. The fee for these services may vary.

WHAT IF MY ORDER TOOK LONGER TO ARRIVE?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee transit times, but we will go above and beyond, contact our carrier’s office, find out your order’s whereabouts and keep you updated.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Once your proof is approved, we print, pack and ship next business day.

CAN YOU CHANGE COLORS IN MY ARTWORK?
Yes. To request color editing, let us know exactly what you would like to be done upon checkout.

CAN YOU ADD A SOCIAL MEDIA TAG TO MY DESIGN?
Yes. To request this service, please let us know what social media tag would like added to the design after uploading your image file. We can edit in your social media tag or any text you would like added into your design and send you back proof for approval.

DO I GET A PROOF BEFORE PRINTING?
Yes, you will get a proof for approval before we print.

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER AND SEND MY DESIGN LATER ON?
Yes. Send your image files to StickerQuestion@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject.

HOW DO I SEND MY IMAGE FILES?
Upload your image during the ordering process by selecting the “Select Image” button. If your image size exceeds 32MB, please send your image files to stickerquestion@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject.

DO YOU MATCH COLORS?
Colors might vary slightly in each monitor. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact color match. We will send you additional photo proof if we notice significant color deviation between what we see on our monitors and what we get printed.
